Brief Description:
LeRaysville Cheese Factory was built by a group of Old Order Amish farmers back in 1978. We continue that tradition by hand making different types of pasteurized whole milk Cheddars, as well as a Havarti-style, PA Jack and a Cherry Smoked Havarti.
